Spring Fling :: Pan-seared chicken breast and salmon fillet with grilled asparagus topped with a fresh lemon-dill sauce on a bed of herb-tossed pasta. Served with strawberry field greens salad, bistro rolls and butter, and assorted desserts.

Chicken Al Fresco :: Pan-seared chicken breast over polenta, with marinara and mozzarella cheese. Served with Caesar salad, rolls and butter, and assorted desserts.

Pasta Fresca :: Penne pasta and chicken are pan-tossed in olive oil with tomatoes, baby spinach, garlic, Parmesan, and pine nuts. Served with Caesar salad, bistro rolls & butter, and assorted desserts.

Pesto Chicken :: Grilled chicken breast over roasted potatoes, with fresh basil pesto and shaved parmesan. Served with Caesar salad, rolls and butter, and assorted desserts.

Asian Grill :: Our take on some of Asia’s most flavorful cuisine! Beef and chicken are marinated and grilled with our sweet Asian glaze, and served over rice tossed with carrots and edamame. Served with a mixed greens salad, and assorted sweets.

Spring Box Sandwiches:

Coyote Chicken Sandwich :: Grilled chicken with sweet red peppers, arugula, thinly sliced red onion slivers, cilantro sprigs, cotija cheese, and our cilantro crema dressing on a sesame roll.

VIP Roast Beef Sandwich :: Medium rare roast beef, shredded cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, and our Dijon mayo on a sesame roll.

Spring Box Salads:

Jackie Blue Salad :: Tender, seared medium steak, hard-boiled eggs, roasted tomatoes, and blue cheese crumbles on a bed of romaine.  Served with our balsamic vinaigrette.  Includes a roll and butter.

Power Salad :: Ribbons of flowering kale, nutty Farro, dried cranberries, and toasted almonds tossed with champagne vinaigrette on a bed of romaine. Includes multi-grain crackers. Vegetarian

Chinese Salad :: Grilled chicken, carrots, edamame, baby corn, shredded purple cabbage and toasted almonds over mixed greens. Served with our peanut dressing. Includes crispy noodles.

Chicken Capri Salad :: Grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, basil, marinated sweet red onion, and our house made golden croutons over mixed greens. Served with our balsamic vinaigrette. Includes a roll and butter.
