Spring Hot Buffets (available starting April 2)

Spring Fling :: Pan-seared chicken breast with grilled asparagus topped with a fresh lemon-dill sauce on a bed of herb-tossed pasta. Served with strawberry field greens salad, bistro rolls and butter, and assorted desserts.

Argentina Grill :: Grilled beef and chicken breast over tri-colored roasted potatoes, topped with our house-made chimichurri sauce. Includes a Caesar salad bistro rolls and butter, and assorted desserts.

Ginger-Lime Chicken :: Pan-seared chicken breast and salmon filet are brushed with a ginger-lime glaze and served over steamed rice. Served with a mixed greens salad, crispy Asian noodles, and assorted desserts.

Pasta Fresca :: Penne pasta and chicken are pan-tossed in olive oil with tomatoes, baby spinach, garlic, Parmesan, and pine nuts. Served with Caesar salad, bistro rolls & butter, and assorted desserts.

Spring Box Sandwiches (available starting April 2)

Balsamic Chicken :: Grilled chicken tossed in a balsamic glaze, arugula, roasted tomatoes, garlic-herb crunch, and lettuce, with rosemary aioli on ciabatta. Thanks to our winner, Wendy S. of Denver, Colorado for her winning submission!

Thai Ginger Chicken :: Grilled chicken with sliced cucumber, cilantro-carrot-green onion relish, lettuce, tomato, and ginger-lime aioli on a baguette.

Triple Play :: Roast beef, ham and turkey with swiss, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, and horseradish sauce on ciabatta.

Spring Box Salads (available starting April 2)

Power Salad :: Ribbons of flowering kale, nutty Farro, dried cranberries, and toasted almonds tossed with champagne vinaigrette on a bed of romaine. Includes multi-grain crackers. Vegan friendly – Not available gluten free

The Athena :: Feta, sweet red pepper, Kalamata olives, marinated onions, and croutons over mixed greens with hummus and creamy dill dressing on the side. Includes dolmades and flatbread. Vegetarian

Lululime :: Grilled chicken, baby corn, edamame, and crispy shallots over mixed napa cabbage, carrot, red cabbage, broccoli florets, diced water chestnuts, and green onions. Served with creamy ginger-lime dressing. Includes crispy noodles.
