Gourmet to Go came to be over 25 years ago when Mike – at the time, only 24 – decided to start a company that catered to his “foodie” passions, but also gave the outdoor enthusiast in him the flexibility to enjoy the beauty that Colorado has to offer. By focusing on the catering needs of the corporate world, Mike ensured that he could offer caring customer service, impressive presentation, and great tasting food to Denver’s businesses and organizations, while still providing a work environment that enables his staff to enjoy evenings, weekends, and holidays – a rarity in this business. This dedication in equal parts to his clients and employees created what has today become Denver’s premier corporate caterer. More than 25 years have passed since our first box lunch was served; 25 years from one part-time employee to a passionate staff of over 30 today.
