Salad Boxes

Each contains a specialty salad, a bistro roll and butter,*
and a dessert square or cookie.

Our fresh salads are displayed in our signature "clear box" and
tied with a navy blue ribbon.  
Each includes utensils, napkin, wet nap, and
chocolate reception stick.

Mediterranean Tuna
a chopped blend of albacore tuna, fresh herbs, sundried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, and scallions topped with kalamata olives, pine nuts, and feta over mixed greens with
balsamic vinagrette

Capri
fresh mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, basil, marinated sweet red onion and
our housemade croutons with balsamic vinaigrette

Chinese
grilled chicken, sweet red pepper, fresh soy beans, and sesame toasted almonds on greens with our peanut dressing

Caesar
with grilled chicken, housemade golden croutons, and shaved parmesan cheese

Cobb
grilled chicken, bacon, eggs, and tomatoes with ranch dressing

Fajita
chicken and beef tenderloin strips, grilled red and yellow peppers, onions, 
and chipotle ranch dressing.  Served with tortilla chips.

Julienne
strips of turkey, dill havarti cheese, ham, eggs, and artichoke hearts
with ranch dressing

Nicoise
solid white albacore tuna, fresh soy beans, red potatoes, and eggs with
Italian vinaigrette

Italian
grilled chicken, artichoke hearts, sweet red pepper, and marinated
sweet red onion with our parmesan vinaigrette

Strawberry Field Greens
grilled chicken breast on top of mixed greens with strawberries, grapes, candied pecans, and balsamic vinaigrette

Taco
 seasoned taco meat (specify beef or chicken), cheddar, tomatoes, scallions, and
black olives with our taco dressing.  Served with tortilla chips.

Salads may be ordered buffet style with bistro rolls and butter and an assorted sweets tray.  $11.50 pp
 
*Taco and Fajita are served with tri-colored tortilla chips.
 
Any salad can be ordered without meat.
