Minimum Order There is no minimum order on Salad Boxes or Sandwich Boxes.  Lunches delivered before 9:30 will incur a $25.00 surcharge. There is a minimum of eight people on Cold and Hot Buffets, Appetizers, and Breakfast Buffets.  Serving and eating utensils are available for an additional charge.

Prepare Your Information Have the vitals ready: What is the date, time, location, and contact person for the event? How many people will be eating? What type of menu items would you like? Do you need breakfast and/or lunch? Will you need beverages and/or utensils? Do you have any "Special" dietary requests?
